National Interdiction Conference - 2012
As many of you are already aware, the Desert Snow Training Program and the National Criminal Enforcement Association (NCEA), in conjunction with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, will be sponsoring a mega interdiction conference in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino from March 12-16, 2012. For lack of a better name, it is being called the National Interdiction Conference.Each day (Monday through Thursday) will be filled with high quality interdiction training provided by some of the best interdiction officers and speakers in the country. The topics covered will include but not be limited to: Ethics in Policing, Courtroom Testimony, Passenger Vehicle Interdiction, Commercial Vehicle Interdiction, Street Level Interdiction, Deadly Encounter & Survival Stories, Information on Numerous Federal Programs/Resources, and much more. Vehicles with actual compartments will also be on hand for officers to learn from.
